Dog Poop

There I was standing on the side of the road, down the block from the house that I just left, wiping my feet in the grass and scraping dog poop off the bottom of my shoes. Your first thought may be that I stepped in it in the yard. Well, maybe. I know for sure that I stepped in it a few different times INSIDE of the house. No telling how many times outside of the house. I have learned to associate the smell of pet poop and urine with money. Strange but true. The best deals I have done were houses that were kind of… ‘crappy’. I smell money on this one! Hey, we all have to put up with something.
