Advertising with DELREIA

General Information

First, advertising is FREE and only available to Annual Members of the Delaware Real Estate Investors Association (DELREIA).  If you would like to advertise and are not an Annual Member, you simply need to sign up for an Annual Membership on the Membership page. You are not obligated to buy products, attend meetings or participate in discussions as a member, therefore you can simply consider your annual membership fee your advertising expense.  Your ad will appear on the side bar and on the Ad Directory page.

Second, we do not allow any kind of discriminatory, hate related or distasteful messages or advertisements on our site.

Third, we ask that you offer DELREIA members a discount or benefit. This is a nice perk for our members that should also be of value to you when our members are looking for your product or service.

Fourth, the advertisements are to be for a product or service that supports a real estate investor in some way, not a real estate investment business.  For example, if you flip houses and are also a roofer, you can display an ad for your roofing company but not your flipping business.

Fifth, if you are a real estate agent who is an Annual Member and ‘investor friendly’ (willing to make a lot of offers and provide a lot of comps) you can be listed in the Ad Directory (but not ad bar).
