There are plenty of things to think about when it comes to a renovation. Normally, questions arise around what work needs to be permitted, is something allowable, how certain things should be handled, what the County requires, etc.. Doing things the right way reduces your liability and saves you from the potential time and money costs that come from doing it wrong. The question for a lot of people is, ‘what is the right way’?
I want you to meet Chris Keeler! Chris is a Director for Sussex County whose responsibilities include issuing building permits, reviewing plans for building Code compliance, and building inspections on all commercial and multifamily projects. Join us for this meeting where you will hear from Chris personally, and get all of your questions answered.
As usual, you’ll also get to network with DelREIA’s Sussex County group leader Michele Williams, and plenty of local investors who are willing to share and help you.
