A while back DELREIA had a workshop where we walked through a property to discuss the possibilities that it had as a flip. That was wholesaled to someone who renovated it. This Sunday the property will have its open House from 1-4pm. If you want to see a beautiful renovation, take some time on Sunday and ogle this property. It will be a visual education for anyone interested in seeing what a quality renovation looks like. Reply to this post if you go and let me know what you think. Mike

This looks great. I will have to check with my husband, but, I may walk through this one to check it out. We are in the middle of a much more modest rehab in Newark, and it would be nice to compare the differences in finishes.

The open house was well attended and the house was amazing. Great product choices and a very cool idea in the kitchen to incorporate a table that pulls out from the cabinet area. There is a lot to learn from this. Check out the pictures if you haven't already.
