Do you really REALLY R E A L L Y want to make money in real estate? Do you want to improve your current real estate investing business? Do you know what you want to do or improve? Wholesale, rentals, flip, be a financial partner, commercial real estate, wholesale lease options, short sales, sheriff sales…? Our February monthly meeting will give you the opportunity to identify, focus on, and plan the steps to achieving your goals. It is a RARE opportunity to have a 2 hour structured exercise like this along with the help and input from a room full of other real estate investors. Real Estate Investor Workshops
Next Workshop: Following a Flip
Workshop Information: This workshop will give you the opportunity to learn from two live flips. We will meet at each property and discuss how the property was acquired, the numbers for the deal, the plans for the renovation, the sales strategy, and give everyone the opportunity to ask questions. Approximately 6 weeks after this workshop we will hold a follow-up workshop where we will re-visit each property to see the renovation work and learn why certain things are important when reselling the property.

Mastermind Groups
(Annual Member’s Only)
As a benefit of Annual Membership, you are invited to take part in something that can be life changing. It is called a “mastermind group”.
A mastermind group is a group of people, who meet to support and help one another succeed. You benefit from the sum of your groups experience and perspective on your real estate investing goals and challenges. The members of your group will bring resources and connections that you may not have. As well, a mastermind group provides accountability and energy to help you define and achieve your goals.
A mastermind group is normally no larger than 6 people who meet for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours either weekly or every-other week. The group does not have a leader, although the volunteers usually elect to take on certain tasks such as coordinator or note keeper. Mastermind groups need committed group members who will prioritize group attendance and keep group information confidential. Close bonds are normally made in these groups. At each meeting every member is encouraged to share challenges, goals and their successes.
