Our Monthly Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month.
May 2012 Monthly Meeting- Amazing Websites and Tools for Your REI Business
This meeting will be a bit of a re-run of one of our most raved about meetings in the past. This month you will learn about some very cool, useful, time saving, and effective tools for your REI business. Tools that will help you with: projects, scheduling, phone and voicemail solutions, online communications, email, advertising, searching, finding inexpensive help for many daily tasks in your business, and more. Come and be blown away by the amazing things we have available to us as real estate investors…and most of it is CHEAP or FREE!
As usual, you can bring your success stories and questions to the meeting so the group can celebrate with you or help you. There is a lot of great networking that happens at our meetings!

Workshop Information: This workshop is the follow-up to a workshop in February when we visited two properties that were just acquired and about to be renovated. If you attended the workshop in February you surely won’t want to miss this. If you didn’t go in February, don’t worry, you will learn A TON about renovating a property for a flip. PLUS, we will discuss how the property was acquired, the numbers for the deal, the sales strategy, and have an open Q&A at each location.

Mastermind Groups
(Annual Member’s Only)
As a benefit of Annual Membership, you are invited to take part in something that can be life changing. It is called a “mastermind group”.
A mastermind group is a group of people, who meet to support and help one another succeed. You benefit from the sum of your groups experience and perspective on your real estate investing goals and challenges. The members of your group will bring resources and connections that you may not have. As well, a mastermind group provides accountability and energy to help you define and achieve your goals.
A mastermind group is normally no larger than 6 people who meet for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours either weekly or every-other week. The group does not have a leader, although the volunteers usually elect to take on certain tasks such as coordinator or note keeper. Mastermind groups need committed group members who will prioritize group attendance and keep group information confidential. Close bonds are normally made in these groups. At each meeting every member is encouraged to share challenges, goals and their successes.
