As Owner & Managing Director of his own real estate investment firm, Shane has hand-picked key property assets, culminating in a stunning portfolio of work and over 50 million dollars of land development. In addition to those property acquisitions, the organization also provides services for select clientele that includes residential & commercial construction and property rental/ lease management. With a prior work history in the finance sector of international banking and his real estate expertise, he provides Holland Properties and Holland Financial with a strong combination of hands-on experience, financial savvy, market understanding, and quality control standards. Shane has made Wilmington, Delaware his home for 12+ years and is committed to the continual enhancement of the area.
