PART I: Lead Based Paint with Deneen White

9:00am-10:30am
Lead-based paint posioning is still a major health concern in Delaware’s housing stock.  Considering the majority of homes were built pre-1978 this once beneficial element continues to pose some very tramatic health effects in 2016.

In this portion of the workshop we will focus on the dangers of lead-based paint, how to identify it and acceptable remediation techniques according to federal and state regulatory standards.  This hands-on course is designed to not only inform but to equip landlords and other investors with the tools they need to provide quality housing.
