Topic: Land and New Construction

Have you ever wondered about the process of building a new home? Do you know what to consider when looking at land or a tear-down property? Are you passing over potential deals because you don’t know if you are looking at a pile of money or a pile of worthless dirt?

Mark your calendar because we’ve got something great lined up for you in July.

Come out and hear from a local builder who will share about their business, constructing a new home, and what you need to know about land.

You may not want to become a builder, but with the right information you may find yourself in a deal with one!
