Have you ever heard someone say they need more problems?  I haven’t either.  But, sometimes we invite a “pound of problems” when we don’t take the time for the “ounce of prevention”.  October has your “ounce of prevention” for title problems, deal structure issues, property condition troubles, and buyer readiness dilemmas. We all want our transactions to go smoothly, but we only know what we know.

For our October monthly meeting you will get the benefit of hearing about investor transaction issues from attorney Bill Dolan, whose legal practice focuses on investors and investor transactions. Bill’s practice also focuses on corporate/business law; he see’s the common problems not only with transactions, but with how deals are structured and the messes people sometimes get into.

I’m a fan of thinking outside of the box, dream it and do it, and doing it my way. But sometimes there is a lack of information that makes those things less than dreamy. So, come out for the October meeting, network with some truly great people, and get your “ounce of prevention” for successful and smooth transactions.
