In Part 3 you will learn about real estate investing business roles of business attorneys, accountants, and bookkeepers.
You’ll learn:
  • Required functions and activities.
  • What the functions and activities include.
  • Who can do the work?
For all experience levels:
New investor: What is involved? What can I do? What can’t I do?
Novice investor: How does it all fit together? How should I do it?
Experienced investor: I do it like this. How do you do it?
Whether you are flipping, land lording, wholesaling, or note investing, there are a variety of duties within each business. Many responsibilities are common to all REI businesses, some more important, and some more routine. Understanding the roles and players will help you plan, improve, and grow your REI business.

Meeting Itinerary

Sign-in at the welcome table located in the reception area in front of the ballroom. Memberships and information are available at the welcome table.

  • 6:00-6:45 – Annual Members Only
    Join the DelREIA Coaches for a meeting where you can bring your questions, successes, deals to sell, and your notebook for a monthly mini-lesson! First time guests are encouraged to join us.
  • 6:30-7:15 – Come All for Networking and Food
    Start the Monthly Meeting experience with networking in the lobby area, and grab some food and drink. 1/2 price coupons are available at the sign in table. Food and drinks are welcome in the meeting room.
  • 7:00-9:00 – MONTHLY MEETING
    Come all to learn and connect! Join us for networking and our Monthly Meeting presentation.
  • 8:45 – Networking
    Network until 9:00 pm or later if you choose!

About Mike

Originally from New Jersey, Mike has been in Delaware since 1986 when he was stationed in Dover with the Air Force. After ten years of active duty, the next six years he performed in sales and relationship management for a corporate bank.  Mike’s entrepreneurial spirit has been growing since grade school when he started making money from door-to-door sales and a newspaper route. Since starting his real estate investing business in 1999, (full time 2003), he has completed hundreds of deals including buy and hold, lease purchase, flip, wholesale, options, creating notes, new construction, and apartment to condo conversion. Mike enjoys teaching real estate investing at Del Tech and speaking for other groups and organizations.  He is fulfilling one of his biggest passions by providing an environment where real estate investors can learn, grow, and network.
