The Habitat ReStore is a non-profit business venture supporting the community through the resale of new and used home improvement and renovation supplies. The Habitat ReStore specializes in the resale of overstocked/discontinued new and gently used merchandise, donated by manufacturers, stores, contractors and individuals. These items are sold to the public at a discount of 50%-90% off of retail prices. Proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County’s building operations.
The ReStore is conveniently located in the Prices Corner area near Kirkwood Hwy. and Rt. 141.
Among the items regularly carried by the ReStore is a large selection of furniture along with doors, windows, paint supplies, lighting, appliances, and bathroom fixtures. The ReStore is open to the public and provides a great way to save money while making updates to the home. The ReStore also provides an alternative for gently used items to be donated and reused instead of ending in the landfill.
